Welcome to my food critique blog, where today we'll be delving deep into the world of fish at Machli Restaurant in Mangalore. Located in the heart of the city, Machli Restaurant is a culinary haven for seafood lovers. As soon as you enter the restaurant, you'll be greeted with the mouth-watering aroma of spices and fresh fish. The restaurant's warm and welcoming atmosphere immediately sets the tone for what's to come. The standout feature of Machli Restaurant is undoubtedly their outstanding fish dishes. The restaurant offers a multitude of fish preparations, each one as delicious as the next. From the traditional Mangalorean fish curry to the spicy fish fry, there's something for every palate. Sruthi Hotel Varadoor, fails to Impress !!! Sruthi Hotel in Varadoor, Kerala has been making quite a buzz on YouTube lately with many people raving about the delicious food and especially the pickles. However, after giving it a try myself, I have to say that I was quite underwhelmed with the experience. Firstly, the pickles which are so hyped about were not as impressive as I expected. Additionally, the "speed chammanthy" which is known for its spicy kick was way too hot and had an overpowering taste of pickled "kanthari" bird eye chillies. Moving on to the mains, the fish fry was decent, but not amazing. The curries were also just average and did not stand out ...

Babu Ettante Hotel: A Mixed Bag of Tasty Treats and Missed Opportunities If you're looking for a taste of authentic South Indian cuisine in Iritty, Babu Ettante Hotel is definitely worth a visit. Despite its flaws, this restaurant offers a range of delicious dishes that will tantalize your taste buds and leave you wanting more. I recently had the chance to visit Babu Ettante Hotel and sample some of their most popular dishes. One of the standout items was the fish fry, which was both spicy and tasty. The fish was cooked to perfection and the spices used in the marinade really brought out its natural flavors. I was lucky enough to grab the last serving of the dish, as it was all gone by 2:30 pm and people were even having their lunch just with the fish fry masala! However, despite the great taste of the food, there were some areas where Babu Ettante Hotel fell short. Firstly, the restaurant was not very clean. The tables were not wiped down properly, and the floor was in need of a...
